Where is my order?
We ship orders within 48 hours of them being placed, and can take 5-7 business days to arrive at your shipping address. If your order is taking longer to arrive, please email email@example.com
Can l track my order?
Yes. Once we have shipped your parcel, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track its progress through Australia Post.
Can l cancel my order?
Unfortunately no. As soon as your order is received, we start picking and packing.
What is Afterpay?
